Return Policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. 
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a 
return within 90 days of receipt.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

Email us at support@trycevera.com with the following information:

1. Your order number
2. Reason for the return
3. A photo of the product 
4. Your full name
5. Your shipping address

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Please do not send returns to the shipping address on your parcel. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.


CANCELLATIONS:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase without any reason. 
After 12 hours, your order will already be in processing and cannot 
be cancelled. To cancel, email support@trycevera.com or reply to your 
order confirmation email.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry if this happens. Email support@trycevera.com within 5 days of 
delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Please note that our 
fulfillment center is located in Asia, so return shipping costs may be 
higher than a domestic return — typically up to $20. We recommend using 
a tracked shipping method.

How long does my refund take?
Once your return is received and processed, refunds are issued within 
5–10 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for 
your bank to credit the amount to your account.
